The process if Google decides to sponsor

  1. Sponsorship decision communicated with the requester.
  2. Payment process to the university or non-profit organization account (in USD or JPY).
    • The university or non-profit organization must be enrolled in Google with bank account information at first. It takes a few weeks for the enrollment process if the requesting university is new to Google.
    • Google will pay out the sponsorship amount within 30 working days after Google receives an invoice in accordance with this sponsorship.
  3. Connect with Google engineer(s) / researcher(s) for technical contribution to the conference.
  4. If the conference information including attendee list could be shared with Google, then great! But this is not required.
